Depending on the layout and the surrounding area, we will complete and on-site spray plan – completing an optional 3D scan of the building.

The spraying process for building washing is fully manual – with a tethered drone directing a targeted spray of solution to accurately cover the required surfaces.

Our pilots are experienced on the controls and can safely maneuver the drone around the building, with spotters ensuring all traffic and pedestrian risks are taken care of.

We are able to complete the work in the early mornings or late in the evening to reduce traffic and pedestrian risks.

We offer a great service as an alternative to abseiling washers – protecting the windows and gutters to reduce long term maintenance costs.
